Effective Date: February 7, 2026 | Last Updated: February 7, 2026 | Revision 2
Bildbot, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Voxtone (“Service”) at voxtone.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.
By using Voxtone, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Content You Provide
Voxtone processes content you upload and create, including:
- Writing samples — files you upload (.txt, .pdf, .docx) for voice skill creation. Text is extracted from your files and processed to create your voice skill, then both the original files and extracted text are permanently deleted. We do not retain your writing samples after processing.
- Voice skills — the personalized writing profile generated from your samples, stored as a text document in our database.
- Documents — AI-generated text you submit for rewriting, and the rewritten versions, both stored in our database.
- Projects — organizational containers you create, including names and descriptions.
Feedback
If you submit feedback through our widget, we collect your comment, the page URL where you submitted it, your browser type, and screen size. We do not require you to identify yourself when submitting feedback.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and time spent on the site.
- Device and browser information — device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Log data — our servers and hosting provider automatically record your IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
- Cookies — we use cookies to maintain your login session. See the Cookies section below for details.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We use third-party services to operate Voxtone. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it:
- AI processing provider — your content is sent to our AI provider's API to create voice skills and rewrite content. Their use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and API terms.
- Cloud hosting and storage provider — hosts the application, serves files, and processes server logs that include IP addresses and request data.
- Database provider — provides the database where account information, content, and session data are stored.

Business Transfers
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such event, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
Aggregated Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Cookies
We use cookies strictly for functional purposes:
- Session cookie — maintains your login session so you don't have to sign in on every page. This is an essential cookie required for the Service to function.
If analytics tracking is enabled, our analytics provider may set additional cookies to collect usage data. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service.
We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals at this time.
Data Retention
Writing samples are deleted immediately after your voice skill is created. We retain your account information, voice skills, and documents for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all remaining personal information, voice skills, and documents from our database. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period and in server logs as required by our hosting providers.
We retain usage and analytics data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission
- Secure, HTTP-only cookies for session management
- Database connections secured with SSL
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- Access controls separating user data
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
